Registration
Places are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Online registration closes one day before the bootcamp.
A confirmation email follows successful payment.
Walk-in registration depends on seats being available at the venue.
On the day
Arrive at least 15 minutes before the start time.
Carry a valid photo ID.
Private vehicles park outside the premises.
No audio or video recording without prior permission.
Refunds
Requests must reach us at least 7 days before the start date.
Eligible refunds are processed after a 10% administrative fee.
Duplicate payments are refunded in full once validated.
No refund inside 7 days, after the bootcamp has begun, or for absence without notice.
If we cancel or reschedule, you get an alternate date or a full refund.
